Bend a bit and stop when your thighs are parallel to the ground, push your hips back, and extend your arms towards the machine. Now, wait for couple of seconds in this position. Go straight up squeezing your glutes, chest wide and pulling the handle grip. That's it. Repeat the steps 15-20 times, depending on your strength or as advised by your trainer.
